Waltham Forest U3A Epping Forest Walk

FreeAs part of National Walking Month, why not step out and join a group, like Waltham Forest U3A. They are a body who organises educational and outdoor activities for retired people including walks.
Meet at 1.30pm at top of Coppermill Lane (near the bottom of Walthamstow High Street) for a walk to and around Springfield Park. Refreshments after the walk. Please wear suitable footwear. This group does not have membership as such. Just turn up and introduce yourself to Jeanne or Alf.
