Essex Ramblers launch Festival of Walks
12 October 2019 9:30 am - 12:00 pm
As part of the Essex Ramblers' county-wide Festival of Walks, our local group, West Essex Ramblers, will be holding a leisurely five mile walk starting at 09:30am on Saturday 12th October through the Walthamstow Wetlands and Marshes.
Everybody is welcome to join the walk. We will meet at the entrance to the Wetlands in Forest Rd (tube stations, Blackhorse Road or Tottenham Hale), and finish near Princess of Wales pub in Lea Bridge Road - buses to Walthamstow or short walk to Clapton overground station. No refreshments available on walk but cafes at the end.
